It is exciting to have the books in hand after beginning to write it in 2009, revising it many times, working with the artist to get the illustrations right, and lots of proof reading. It's a little overwhelming to see the eight boxes full of The Temple Curtain sitting in my spare bedroom!
I'm contacting Christian schools, churches, and others who may be interested in using the book with children. Gradually I'm autographing the books so people can buy signed copies.
I'm happy to say that there has been quite a bit of interest in my book. I wrote with children in grades 3rd through 8th in mind, but the book seems to have a wider appeal. Adults have told me how much they learned from reading the book. Grandmothers have told me they are reading it to grandchildren as young as five one chapter at a time who are excited about it. A high school Bible teacher may use it to supplement his curriculum. My local public library bought a book for their children's department. Today a reporter from our local paper, The Southtown, is interviewing me for an article about my book.
